At first I was nervous to reach out to Rosy because I thought surely for the quality of her craft it would be out of our budget. But, she gave us package options that worked and the price is incredibly worth it for the high quality that Rosy puts into her work. I remember the day I went to meet Rosy at a local coffee shop and I immediately fell in love. She has the sweetest, most calming personality that puts you at ease. She took her time thoughtfully answering all my questions. At the end of the meeting I felt like I had known her for much more than a couple hours. The advice I was always given was that if you want genuine pictures on your wedding day you need to pick a photographer that you feel comfortable with - that can really capture your true self. And that is definitely what we got with Rosy. One of Rosy's best qualities is that you can tell she genuinely cares about her craft and the quality of product that she gives you. For our engagement shoot, she walked around with us for over an hour in Deep Ellum in the rain to get the perfect shot and make sure we got all the shots we wanted. Not once did she complain - even when it was windy and raining she kept a smile on her face. And we got incredible and unique pictures back. Preparing for the wedding I went through and had an extremely detailed shot list put together that was fairly challenging in the amount of time that we had - we had multiple different locations, from our venue to a park and then at the church. I also had specific requests for types of pictures from examples I'd seen before. I was nervous to send to Rosy because I knew I was being very demanding and thought it could be annoying. But her response was the opposite - she thanked ME for being so detail oriented and prepared. She was so gracious and talked through everything with me not once making me feel like I was asking for too much. She is so kind, she just wanted to make sure she did everything she could to make our day perfect. And she did not disappoint - we got back an incredible gallery with multiple different types of shots - romantic and fun. We could not be happier. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Rosy is extremely professional. She is always responsive and on time. She even arrived early on our wedding day and stayed till the very last! Going with Rosy is the best decision you will make! Book her before it's too late! I now think of her as a friend and cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Her quality of character is second to none. On my wedding day it was SO WINDY that the windows were actually partially blown out of the outdoor wedding chapel. Rosy was cool and calm the whole day and didn’t let 40+ mph winds phase her!! Our pictures are stunning and from looking at them you can’t even tell it was windy. She can take a stressful situation and make it seem like it’s nothing, and that was a great thing to have on the day! I followed Alba Rose Photography because of Rosy’s work. Her work is whimsy, classic, and fresh. Definitely something we were looking for in a photographer. After speaking to Rosy the first time on the phone, and emailing back and forth, we knew she had to be our photographer. Before the wedding, Rosy and I met to discuss all the wedding details. She’s was easy to talk to and understood what we wanted to capture during our wedding. Our wedding had some added elements that aren’t typical in all weddings (e.g. my family performed music, grooms cake surprise, bride surprised by groom and groomsmen). Oh, and let’s not forget it rained on our wedding day. Even though there were so many different elements, Rosy was right there in the mix capturing all of the moments. I was desperate to find another photographer to book at the last minute (literally 4 weeks before the wedding). I sent countless frantic messages to wedding photographers in the DFW area and Rosy replied immediately, eager to help us. She was so warm and caring and I knew we found the right one. I believe everything happens for a reason and Rosy fell right into our laps. She was very straight forward with her plans and she communicated so efficiently with us. w years ago at an open house for a venue and knew that I wanted to hire Alba Rose Photography for my own wedding. Her photos are so beautiful and finding someone who shot film was at the top of our list when looking for our wedding photographer. Neither my fiancé or I are very comfortable being in front of the camera but after the first few minutes at our engagement session we felt totally at ease and so comfortable working with her! She shot our engagement photos, my bridal portraits and will shoot our wedding in two weeks!! S so quick to respond to my e-mails, text messages and always put me at ease. I never had to worry about a thing with her. She was even my go to when it came to style and decision making. For example, she even helped me pick my bridesmaid dress color (lol). She literally was there for me every step of the way. No matter how silly my questions were. She is kind, attentive, and extremely detail oriented. And not only that, my husband and I always felt so comfortable behind the camera with her. We can be very awkward in photos, but Rosy helped us break that and loosen up. Even after the wedding was done, my family members SPECIFICALLY mentioned her and how amazing she was the whole day. On our wedding day, she saw we had Chic Fil A nuggets in the bridal suite and knew my husband's family was from a place that didn't have Chic Fil A. She came down to the bridal suite to grab some nuggets to bring to my husband's grandmother so she could try them. How out of the way kind is that?! But she didn't stop there.
